• Scheduled Sessions: Your moment to shine is set for December 5 and 6, with two parallel sessions enhancing exposure and engagement.

State-of-the-Art Session Rooms:

• Tech-Ready for Brilliance: Each room comes equipped with a laptop, PowerPoint, and LCD projector. For a seamless experience, we suggest using the provided computer with your USB flash drive. However, personal laptops can be accommodated.

Guidance by Expert Session Chairs:

• Leaders of the Sessions: Our Session Chairs, experts in their fields, will introduce speakers and ensure a smooth, timely flow of the session.
• Fair and Balanced Timing: Each presenter gets a dedicated 20-minute slot – 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for audience interaction.
• Time Management: To keep presentations on track, Session Chairs will use yellow and red timekeeping cards as visual cues, signaling 5 minutes remaining and time to conclude.

Your Role as a Presenter:

• Engage and Inspire: Use your allocated time wisely to present your research and address questions, making every moment count.
• Follow the Program: Adherence to the scheduled timeslots is crucial, as attendees plan their participation based on the published program.
